We did not like this tube as it does sit a little lower in the water and was harder to get up and moving. **Q: Ropes need to pull this?** A: Yes you need to supply the roptwo ropes. It does not come with them. **Q: What is difference between Old and New style? Pics are the same?** A: We loved our old one, but the new one was disappointing.
