What an awesome product, I'm feeling congested so I got this. I didn't even take as much as I'm supposed to and it still worked. And now I'll do my best to take the recommended daily dosage, the flavor grew on me. I take a dropper full with a smoothie. Upon first taking this, I felt as if I was coming down with a minor cold, this is the product doing exactly what it should and cleaning the lungs is SO important. This product circulates energy in my lungs to clear lung mucus blockages, and day by day it's helping clear out phlegm. While it's working and my lungs are detoxing my breath feels somewhat labored, this is what happens with any lung detox and is natural. The very next day a mucus drop clears out what my lungs were working on 12-18 hours prior. Makes sense because the lungs have to work to coagulate and remove the toxins. Nothing like a good tincture. I'll use this for the rest of my life. Cardio exercise is also very important in circulating energy in the lung area. Thank you for this product.

Watch out, says one day ship... it's been a week and I still don't have it. I was feeling lazy and didn't want to drive to the Co-op, so I guess I'm partly to blame for not having product. I'm sure the product works fine, Herb Pharm products are first rate!
