We've been using this cookware for about 6 months now and it's still performing brilliantly. We've been through so many brands of nonstick cookware. But after trying out Blue Diamond frying pans from Target, it was clear which full set to invest in. All the pans in our set are still clean and untarnished. None of the burn marks that can show up on other non-stick pans (I'm looking at you GreenPan). PRO TIPS: 1) Cut back on the heat settings. These pans distribute heat very well. So if you normally cook at Medium High, cut back to Medium. You'll avoid burning or cooking too fast. 2) Get the set that can go from stovetop to oven to table. Less dishes to wash and the cookware keeps the food warm. 3) You can burn food to the bottom of these pans. Too hot too fast will burn anything, no matter the cookware. Just put some water into the pan and let it sit (no need to boil it). Half-hour later, that char will come right off. 4) You can use metal utensils with these pans. They won't scratch. But plastic will do too. Try them out if you want an affordable cooking set that performs well-enough for a home cook.

Been using these for a little more than 2 weeks. We wanted to try blue diamond but I got the green, they heat so quickly and evenly in a few minutes. They are non-stick in the truest form. They clean up easily by hand or dishwasher. They are comfortable to use and clean. Durable, reliable and sturdy. Best decision-making I've had in a long time. Priced right for the simple people out there looking for new pots and pans. Highly recommended. Love these pots and pans.

I really like the pots. Distributes the heat evenly. Biggest concern is the handles on lids and pots get very hot. Have something to use before you grab. Easy clean up.

I absolutely love this cookware set! I’ve had it for a little over a year now, and it’s held up amazingly well. My last set didn’t survive a roommate who thought it was okay to use metal utensils and even cut food in the pans with a sharp knife — completely destroyed them. As soon as he moved out, I bought this set, and what a difference! Even with another roommate who wasn’t exactly gentle with them, these pots and pans still look brand new. Not a single scratch, no weird stains, nothing. They’ve been through a lot and still cook like a dream. Totally worth it — I’d recommend this set to anyone who wants something that actually lasts.

I have never had cookware this excellent. I had the big pan solo and when it was time to replace my cookware there was no other choice. I use spray and hand wash. Easy cleaning and nothing ever sticks. Lids go in oven with the pans. Stove top or oven use. Love them.

So far, these pans are nice and work well, but only 3 stars because of the inaccurate description., I ordered the green pans, and most came in green, but the bakeware pans (cookie sheet, loaf pan and muffin pan) came in blue. The description never said the colors would be mixed- it said they were all green. If I knew they would come in mixed colors, I would have ordered something else. I DON’T like the mixed colors. I wanted only one color.
