A little bit of information made a huge difference!
This is the second time I ordered a replacement watch band for my Garmin X10 golf watch. The first one I ordered ( from another seller ) did not fit. Huabao seller mentioned in their notes that some of the X10 GPS Watches had a plastic cap that need to be removed for the band to fit. It worked perfectly after I removed the end cap! Thank you Huabao for providing that important piece of information!

This band fits the gps watch but is missing a chip that it needs to receive the satellite signal very deceitful description

Replacement Strap for Garmin Approach 40 Golf and Fitness Watch
Although the battery in my many years old Garmin Approach 40 golf and fitness watch is old and barely lasts 18 holes, the watch’s band broke and this was a most economical and easy to install repair.

Very solid feeling replacement band. I did have a little trouble attaching it, but my spouse was able to make it work. Very pleased with it overall - I've only had it a few weeks.
