This strap looks and feels well made and has nice thickness to it, suiting the chunkiness of the watch really well. Very easy to swap out the old strap for the new with the provided tool - watch straps were way more fiddly than this back in the day. I got the 22mm strap which fits perfectly with the X1. For price and quality, this is pretty unbeatable. Additional note... I've got the army green canvas strap... now if you look at the main photo, because it's a macro close-up shot, the canvas looks much coarser than it actually is... it's quite flat and smooth and the weave is denser than you think it is.
