I don't know anything about drones and this is my first one. I find it perfect for a beginner. A little tricky at the very first but easy to understand how to works and finally make it fly. I'm still in the Normal mode which has some kind of assistance but getting confortable so ready to increase the speed and change the flight mode to Manual

I have purchased many cheap drones and was always cautious about paying over £100, I saw a video on tik tok about the best starter drones and this is a great choice, especially for the cost. Flies extremely smoothly, easy to control and very responsive, you can see the drone autocorrecting itself and staying nice and balanced. Only issue I have had is one of the two batteries died very quickly and doesn't not last more than 2 seconds and I was unable to get a replacement sent out to me. The other battery works fine and you get 3-4 minutes fly time, zipping about, per charge so I've ordered a load more and will be searching for longer lasting ones.

I bought this a month ago for my son's birthday, within 3 weeks of him getting it the wire that connects to the motor is broken, I tried contacting the seller through amazon but there's no way to do this as the time for return (30 days) is up. I could buy a replacement wire but I'm reluctant to do this so soon after purchasing the item. Also the drone comes with some replacement parts but the replacement motor it came with is broken and doesn't work which obviously my son discovered later. It was a birthday present for my son and he has loved it and looked after it really well but I'm really disappointed with how flimsy it clearly is for such a high price tag. I wouldn't waste your money- we've had longer lasting drones for less than half the price. I am fuming.

good afternoon. if the drone fell and the vr glasses stopped connecting, but everything was fine, then most likely the board with the camera was disconnected from the main one (this is the weak point of the drone) Is it possible to buy just a drone? I just lost mine

this is fun and nice to play with provided you don't wear glasses or don't fly it FPV while wearing glasses. the FPV headset is too narrow to fit over all my glasses and considering i need to wear my glasses to see what i'm doing this is not good as a person trying to learn about fpv drones

This has clearly already been used no security tape on box, controller has dirt marks from being used and headset has discolouration and creases from obvious use. I bought a brand new product not a used one???

Great starter set. Here are the reasons it didn't get 5/5 stars: - Challenging to get the remote to work with SIM software - Minimal instructions require a fair amount of time searching the web for tips on how to use the controller and drone.

-Use it outside to start unless you have a big house. -Make sure u don't lose any of the tools or extra parts it comes with your gonna need them.

Das Cetus FPV Kit war mein Einstieg ins FPV-Hobby und ist in meinen Augen genau das richtige Set in Sachen Preis-Leistung. Die Möglichkeit, Höhe sowie Position automatisch zu halten hilft anfangs, ein Gefühl fürs Fliegen mit Brille zu bekommen. Nach und nach geht man dann in den Sport-Modus, wo man die Höhe selbst mit dem Gashebel kontrollieren kann, bis hin zum manuellen Mode (Acro-Mode), bei welchem man den vollen Zugriff auf alle Funktionen eines FPV-Copters hat. Ebenfalls lassen sich 3 unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten einstellen, was anfangs auf jeden Fall hilft, den Copter zu kontrollieren. Ich habe den Cetus in der Wohnung sowie im Freien geflogen, bei leichtem Wind kann man im schnellsten Modus recht gut gegensteuern, macht aber aufgrund der kleinen Akkus wenig Sinn. Aber mal für eine Runde im Garten die Modi ausprobieren ist absolut kein Problem. Dennoch empfehle ich vor dem ersten Flug im Manual-Mode, vorher am PC auf einem Simulator zu üben. Der Copter ist zwar sehr robust und verzeiht viele Crashes aber man muss ja nicht gleich volle Kanne kopfüber in den Boden crashen ;) Man kommt in geschlossenen Räumen auf ca. 3min Flugzeit. Ich empfehle den Zukauf vom 8er-Akkuset, welches ebenfalls bei BetaFPV zu bekommen ist. Damit hat man dann eine ordentliche Flugzeit und kann parallel die Akkus wieder laden. Alles in Allem ist der Cetus Kit der wohl beste Copter zum einsteigen und aber auch für all diejenigen, die in geschlossenen Räumen ein bisschen racen wollen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das kleine Ding auch bei Profis sehr gut ankommt, denn es ist höllisch schnell im richtigen Modus. Die Funke ist auch sehr gut und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem PC via USB-C Kabel zu verbinden und alle gängigen Simulatoren damit zu bedienen. Funke sowie Brille können auch später weiter verwendet werden, wenn man sich einen neuen größeren Copter holt. (Achtung: vorher informieren welche dafür geeignet sind! Frsky,....) Würde das kleine Ding jederzeit wieder kaufen, einfach nur top!

Me parece un muy buen kit de iniciación, si bien, hay que tener en cuenta que tanto dron como emisora (mando) van con protocolo frsky (teóricamente se puede comprar una placa de 20€ para cambiar la emisora a elrs, que es el protocolo mas recomendado a dia de hoy). Este kit incluye todo lo necesario para iniciarse, llevo ya varios vuelos y sin problemas, es un dron bastante resistente a golpes (que ya se ha llevado varios). A mí se me ha colado en un árbol y se ha caído varias veces por las escaleras y no un rasguño. Si bien el color blanco es muy sucio y conviene lavarlo de vez en cuando, es muy fácil desmontar el dron, 4 tornillos, sacas los motores con la llave incluida en el kit(debes saber cuál es cuál por qué giran en direcciones distintas), finalmente sacas la placa y la cámara y te queda el chasis que lo limpias fácilmente cpn agua y jabón. En cuanto al dron en si, pesa 60g, cuando sopla un poco de viento ya se complica el vuelo, pero para días sin viento y/o interiores es muy bueno. Tiene una curva de aprendizaje adecuada, el modo normal tiene sensores de altura y el dron es estabilizado (como un dji) por lo que si nunca has volado un dron no te resultará muy difícil, después está el modo angle y acro para cuando te sueltes un poco. Los tres modos con 3 velocidades para luchar contra el viento. Hay que saber que las gafas no admiten grabación por microSD ni antena externa, pero puedes comprar otras en un futuro. Las baterías parecen de poco tiempo (yo hago unos 4:30min) pero cuando te pines las gafas el vuelo es intenso y me parece suficiente. Si no vas a usar el dron siempre en exterior, teniendo en cuenta el precio (por separado vale 120€ sólo el dron) está muy bien este kit. Lo recomendaría a cualquier novato.
