If you've never thought about the topic of food/water storage before, this *might* help you, but even then I'd pay maybe 99 cents for it. I consider it a scam product.I wouldn't be so harsh except that it's presented as a "book", which it's not, and it's listed at a price appropriate to a book instead of a pamphlet. It's written in a rambling conversational style that reminds me of a junior high school student trying to pad a term paper.
