Is this listing for two bottles as pictured?

No, it's only for one bottle. It's too expensive for just one bottle, and I think they're being misleading. Look for Mrs. Meyers Basil hand soap refill, it's 33 oz, less packaging, and even with the shipping charge, it's less expensive than Caldrea. Mrs Meyers is made by Caldrea. It's basically the same soap! Smells just as good, to our family.

Is this also a disinfectant?

To the best of my knowledge, it's not a disinfectant. It's a cleaner and it does a great job at that! I wipe my countertops after each use. Every two weeks I take everything off all of my countertops and use Caldrea for a deeper cleaning. It smells great too and doesn't leave any film when it dries.
