Is a ring included for attachment to collar?

Mine had a ring to attach to the collar. I have two dogs and purchased one blue and one red. They were really good. The ones I had before were the kind you hand instantly made from a machine, and didn't last long. These ones are really durable,I was happily surprised by that.
