The pads work GREAT! Are compatible with my 7 year old Hidow device. I used it everyday for one or two weeks before it lost adhesion. The BEST Discovery is that if the pad loses it's adhesion, washing the pad with a little bit of Dawn soap makes it stick like new again. When I washed it, I tried to avoid getting the back of the pad wet, and then let it dry stuck to the clear plastic it originally came on (it will slide around on that plastic until it dries completely). The pad stuck like new once it dried

I use EMS and TENS every day, and have therefore used a lot of different tens and ems electrode pads by now. My conclusion for these is that they are fair quality for the fair price. On first use, they work great and stick well. However, by the second and third use, the stickiness is more faded than normal and the current is noticeably weaker. I’ve gotten thicker (and slightly more expensive) pads in the past, and I think that is the real difference. If you are on a budget, these are the way to go, but if you can squeeze in a few more dollars, you might want a thicker pair.

I gave this 5 stars because even though the adhesion does not last anywhere near 25 times as stated ... THEY DO WHAT THEY'RE MEANT TO DO which is why they come in bulk. The area I apply these to are washed and shaved, yet last no more than 5 times or so > which again is why these come in bulk. So from that perspective these do great, are well worth the cost, and are a must have. If you use a muscle rub first THEY WILL NOT STICK.

I love this product and Im using it now. I bought extra pads because i didn't know how long they last and i'm still on the original pads. I bought it several months ago and I use it every few days. The pads are still sticking where they should and they still deliver the charge. Very effective and discreet little machine. It has an amazing lithium battery that lasts longer than any battery powered device i own. i have only had to recharge the battery once since purchase. My neck has been a perennial problem for muscle spasms and headaches. This device is a drug free way to eliminate the pain and relax the muscles. The controls are simple. it has two channels for two separate cords one with two pads and one with four. I have not gotten through all of the options to date. Twenty different patterns and i have yet to crank it up to full intensity. I drop it a lot because of the arthritis in my hands but it keeps working and there is no visible damage. I do have to put my glasses on the read the screen icons, but with glasses the icons are clear and simple. I have no problem strongly recommending this product and i will gladly answer any questions you may have about it.... oh yes one more thing, its a very flexible device as it not only eliminates pain but a resourceful purchaser can put it to pleasant uses aa well.

yep they work, will shock your pocket book and your body. if they were free would be better
