Bad vibration
high quality product and design it works well for what it’s supposed to and holds phone super tight but you will have a vibration in your video especially if your static and drifting like I was.

Unstable and flimsy
Well, another disappointing item. This camera holder is too loosy-goosy to do it's job; capture in-car videos while driving. I was under a deadline so I made it work with extra set screws and glue. I bet I put more work into this item than it's manufacturer. Stay away.

Poor craftsmanship
Overall, this product is very cheaply made. My camera has a great built-in gimbal that even it cannot save with the poor build of this product. The spongey pad that tightens around the headrest post is flimsy and will move no matter how tight you tighten the screw. I saw other reviewers actually break this screw in an attempt to tighten the mount. The extension rod is starting to fail after two uses. The inner thread is made by soft metal that is already cross threaded. The smallest bump while driving will cause it to tilt. My camera actually fell off once! Definite return.

decent but need to buy parts to make it work
Like the headline said, this is a decent product. The only downside that I've seen is the screw that secures the camera mount to the arm is way too short and stripped out trying to tighten down. Bought a new 1/4x20 screw and works great now. Lengthen your screw

Will not stay in place, even using pliers to tighten.
Don't waste time and money with this one. I switched to "Pellking 12" Adjustable Heavy Duty car seat mounting Bracket", which is very easy to use and stable.

As other users stated. It won’t stay in place. Can’t tighten any more than I did with pliers. It’s still falls down and tilts the vid. Waste of money

NOT ok, and definitely not worth it
Broke as soon as I opened it haha, phone holder is trash, waste of money and not worth the return process.
