My senior Rotti has Cushing's and I really don't want to use drugs, so I came across these pills. My Rotti feels so much better during the day but when I forget to use them, I know it. Our veterinarian recommended this specifically for the lignans for our dog, the other ingredients are a nice bonus. After several months, bloodwork was back to normal. They are chewable, but she does not like the taste, so we bury them in her food. They are pricey, but they work.

I am not kidding, this product changed my dog within the first two days of taking it. A little backstory on our baby. She is a boxer-pit mix, super sweet baby who is currently 12 years old. We have been super worried about her because she started to went the bed, wet herself when on the couch, etc. I tested her blood sugars (all normal), thought it was a UTI—vet tested her, no uti. Thought it might be a bladder stone, no stones. So I thought of Cushing and our vet said “you know you might be right.” But he couldn’t recommend anything for her to take because the normal medication that he typically prescribed is no longer being manufactured. So I started to do some research and found out how impactful melatonin can be in a dog’s system if they suffer from Cushing’s. Literally I could not purchase this product any faster. It got to my house the next morning. I gave our baby her first dose, and guys, seriously, by that afternoon she was already not looking for water to over drink. She slept peacefully (which has been an issue for her lately because she’s so water driven from the disease), so I am so happy to report that if you are thinking twice, please don’t. This has been a life changer for our little girl, and I hope other people find it just as useful!

Seeing a difference! Going into our second month of this Radar ( 12 yrs old ) is drinking less water and not having bladder issues any longer ! He seems to be a bit less bloated as well . Thank ful for this supplement !

This, along with our dogs vetoryl, has seemed to really help her!! I can just toss the pill into her food and she eats it right up! I noticed when we didn’t give this to her for a few days and just did her prescribed meds, she was back to drinking more water and even had an accident in the house-which she hasn’t had since before getting diagnosed with cushings! We won’t miss a dose again!!

Good supplement

We were flirting with a Cushing diagnosis about six months ago, but were unable to confirm with certainty. A friend asked Dr. Google and sent me a link to this product. If you’re familiar with adrenal Cushings and traditional diagnosis and treatment, it’s time consuming and EXPENSIVE. I think had we gone with Vetoryl, she’d still be going in for semi-regular labs (all day, fasting, couple hundred bucks a pop) to get dosage right. I didn’t feel I had much to lose, started her on one pill daily, and noticed a difference in less than a week. Proof came with her checkup this fall, in less than 6 months her ALP went from 1622 in April to 470! Our vet was amazed. One note: at first, she would not eat it solo and it’s too big to hide in food. I bought a cheap pill crusher and used that for a while. Now, I just toss a pill into her bowl of kibble and she eats it fine.

This definitely reduces the symptoms that my dog has with drinking insane amounts of water and demanding food all day. If I miss her dose for a day or so the symptoms return full throttle.
