I am uncertain this is the product you are inquiring about. This unit recharges with a USB-C connection to a charger. This is the kind of charger used with recent smartphones and some other products. You can use a generic charger with a USB-C-ended charging cable. You can get one on-line here on Amazon or in some smartphone shops and kiosks and also an AC adapter if needed. If you want to use the unit to charge another device, such as a phone, you can use the USB-B end of a phone charging cable that has the other end equipped with the kind of connector the other device requires.

Where can I get a wall adapter for the charging cable?

You can charge it with your phone charger adapter. Not only that, you can also charge it with your car charger. Anywhere with a USB output port will do.

I was wondering about item quality , is it good or bad quality ?

This is a very toy-like light. Unfortunately, it’s about 15% of the advertised brightness. In no way should this be considered a safe searchlight to have on board a boat.
