Solid, well manufactured, easy to assemble.
Nothing wrong with the holes lining up. I suspect the people complaining about the top support brackets not lining up because the tightened the other bolts down before inserting ALL bolts in the holes first. Easy Peasy, about the easiest thing I have ever assembled. GREAT PRODUCT. Seems very solid and well belt. Absolutely NO complaints.

Customized to fit jet ski trailer
This cargo rack is awesome! I needed additional space to haul gas jugs and coolers, so I installed it on the tongue of my jet ski trailer by drilling holes in the tongue and using longer bolts to connect it to the tongue instead of to the receiver hitch tube that was included. Now, the top connector rails are 1 1/4 inches too short now, but I figured that would be the case since the trailer tongue is larger than the standard receiver hitch tube. (Of course that is not the manufacturer’s fault. The rails fit perfectly when attached to the included tube). I am going to make longer replacements to fix that, but I’ve used it without them and it holds all the weight I plan to place on it - two gas jugs and two coolers. Also, the jet ski trailer tongue is short, so I purchased a receiver hitch extender for my Jeep to allow enough room for turning. Having said all of that, this is a perfect, affordable solution for adding storage space to a jet ski trailer.

Great for the money
Overall this has been a great cargo carrier. It seems very sturdy so far with the light loads I have put on it. The real test will be when I start carrying fire wood later in the fall, but I do think it will handle it just fine. Trying to put it together was interesting. Just like I had read in other reviews, the holes didn't all line up and I did end up having to drill a couple new holes. I did expect to have to do that so it wasn't a surprise. The other minor thing is the carrier does wobble a little in the receiver. Again, I already knew it would from other reviews so it was not a surprise. Overall the cargo carrier has been sturdy and it should last a long time. I would def. recommend it. Especially for the money.

Moped style e-bike carrier.
Cut top rail to fit 4" tire. Cut 5" pvc in half. Ready to haul e-bike. And can still be used as light cargo hauler. Very sturdy and easy to assemble didn't have any problems. Painted all the bolts.

Works great
This is working great. Not too heavy but strong enough to put gear on back of truck and car. Starting to rust a little - gets stored in the shed with pool chlorine causing the problem I’m sure

Seems Fine Easy to Use
I put another coat of anti oxidation spray paint over the shinny black finish. There were a few scrapes from shipping and I wanted a lighter color for visibility. Fits well attached with my 4 Runner hitch. Not especially heavy or bulky. Have used it transporting boxes and camping equipment. Seems fine. I would recommend a lock when attached to your hitch. I would recommend without any reservations.

Worth the money...
Easy to assemble. All those who say the bolts don't line up, well again, all you need to do is not tighten the bolts until they are all in place, then tighten them. Seems sturdy enough although I have not taken it on a road trip yet. Yes, the tongue seems a little loose in a 2" hitch but nothing I would consider worrying about. All in all, for the price, 5 stars.

Very hard to put together
This hitch rack looks well made and the steps to put together are easy. The problem is that the bolts and nuts are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to tighten. They are also larger than the largest standard size socket in most sets. To tighten these things, you need 2 people with 2 different sized wrenches. One person will be holding the bolt still and the other person (strong) needs to turn the bolt. After attempting to do this solo for several days, with different kinds of wrenches, I asked the maintenance guy to help. He needed my help. I though I could save some money buying this thing but it actually stressed me out so the savings wasn’t worth it.

Very light well made. I was a little worried due to a few mixed reviews but this was perfect. Very light, i can easy lift it with one hand and attach it to the hitch. The finish looked OK. One paint chip but that is to be expected. Putting it together was very quick and easy. Only 4 bolts on the bottom and 4 to connect the top brace. It took me longer to find my wrench then put it together. Make sure to attach the top brace before tightening the bottom bolts. Holes line up easier if you put one end on something so the ends do not lay flat the top brace will fit easier. It fit lower than I thought so i can open the back doors. We have two back doors the swing out give zero clearance over the bumper bit this will allow you to open the doors. One issue is it is loose and will wiggle. I am going to add duck tape or plastic shims to make it tighter. Over all it is still great value for the quality.

Better than expected for the price. Very good build quality, quite heavy and solidly built.

It is true the brace holes appeared not to aligned as many said, yes like not at all if you tight all bolts befor... I didn't tight anything before.. just put all bolts at their place. then It was easy to aligned it... so many people said that. I think it is made that way. That way the 2 side lift up a little and not the apposite. I also read the "rust comments. I will coat it with paint and a layer of caoutchou paint on top before to even expose it to any rain. Easy fix for the price I am ready to add 30$ paint products. Update: I did it while it was new. 2 coats of black and 2 coats of tranlucide ruber. The bolts are all painted as well. The ruber coats will seal even better and protect from impact such as dust rocks from the rear tires too. It also seals the junction and open spaces of the overall assembly. Plus it will extend the scratches from cargo and bungie cords or attachement hooks. For the price of the article, it's amazing :)
