I used their iPhone 5s case previously and really liked it.I give it five stars for how thin it is, the protection it provides (I've dropped it a few times without injury to the phone), how nicely the buttons and mute switch stick out, and how responsive the screen is with the front plastic cover.However I dock three stars for one big reason: the case allows dust and liquid to get underneath it, and the front screen protector isn't very scratch resistant. If you look at the picture included in the review you'll see just how disgusting the inside of it gets after a few days even after wiping down the outside of it, simply from going in and out of my pocket at home and work (the black plate inside allows it to stick to a magnetic holder in my car, ignore it). The picture doesn't do enough justice however, it looks even worse in person. The dust allows the phone itself to get micro scratched all over it if you aren't careful. On top of this, the front screen cover is plastic and is not scratch-friendly. The front camera is behind this cover and has begun to make pictures look blurry because of it. As far as liquid goes, obviously being waterproof the iPhone 7 won't be hurt, however it still looks nasty inside the case and forces you to remove it .My biggest wish is that the front cover was more durable, and that some sort of rubber seal was employed to keep dust and liquid out of it. With these two additions I wouldn't hesitate to give the case four or five stars overall. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved my iPhone 7 from destruction *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2017* I have had this case on my iPhone 7 for about 7 months. Last week the case saved my precious phone from destruction. I was at the movies where the theater has electric recliner seats, and the phone slipped down through the crevice on the side. I wasn't aware it had until I pushed the recliner button and heard a loud cracking sound. Once I retrieved the phone under the seat where it ended up, I was expecting to see my phone destroyed, but ....The screen-protected case had saved it!So I bought another - thank you New Trent!The only reason I rated this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because the old case's plastic had yellowed so much in the few months since I got it. If they could use a non-yellowing material it would earn a solid 5. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Solution for Clumsy Phone Lovers *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2018* I managed to snag one of the (Red) IPhone 7’s off of EBay on a snipe bid. Being a big fan of the metallic red color, I wanted to showcase it in a clear case without sacrificing durability and protection. I had been through life proof cases, and I had been through otter boxes; but nothing had given me the visibility and durability of this case. The otter boxes and life proofs come with the added issue of muffling your voice and the volume of your calls. This case gives you crystal clear calls and I’ve not once had an issue or complaint for a ‘muffled voice’. The case is thin and doesn’t greatly increase the girth or size of the phone, which for girls like me that don’t have access to the luxuries of deep blue jean pockets- that’s a great plus! My favorite feature though? I have dropped my phone down a flight of stairs. I have accidentally sent it flying across a parking lot. I’ve dropped it from three feet, I’ve dropped it from 10 feet. I am notoriously rough and clumsy with my phones due to my occupation in the industrial agriculture field. And despite my case getting roughed up and beat up, my phone has been perfectly preserved.The Pros:Clear Case to Display your Phone if you have one of the colors. It feels good in your hand and the case is easily removed without having to break every fingernail prising it apart like an oyster.The Cons:It gets very dirty in a year’s time. I just replaced my old one (this same kind) with a new one and the difference is night and day. The plastic ‘yellows’, although mine was more like ‘greys’ because of all the dust in my work.One really bad fall will be the end of your case. This one’s a double edged sword. The case does its job by protecting your phone, and for that it can take no fault. But one bad fall will break the plastic back or separate the screen protector from the front bumpers; so be aware of that.Requires removal and cleaning. Dust will get into it. Once every few weeks, pop your phone out and clean everything down.Scratches VERY easily. Once again, the case does its job. Can’t fault it for taking abuse and showing it while keeping your phone safe. But the back plate does accumulate scratches easily as does the front protector. So if you’re hoping for a case that stays pristine forever, you may want to consider something that isn’t clear all the way around.All in all I have found my forever case for my phone. This is it for me. I’m really hard on phones. Really hard. And this phone case has never once let me down.
