when ordering the all postions it shows the seat cushion does it ocme with the set?

No, it is only the covering. It uses the existing cushions. Be careful when you remove the old covers. There are clips in the seams of the cushions and you do not want to rip them out when you remove the cover.

I purchased this seat cover (cloth) for my 2010 Silveradeo. It has no holes for the head rest and no air bag strap. Did i get the wrong one?

You have to make the incisions that are needed.

I like the fact that it covered my ugly seat. However, It's difficult to fasten correctly to the seat. Yes...it works with heated seats! :) Hope this helps!
