I've used hundreds of hose clamps over the years and the cheap Chinese ones that flood the market are every mechanics nightmare. These are not those hose clamps. These are very solid very good quality craftsmanship and the price is very good on them for stainless steel. Highly recommend these and I'll definitely come back and order more maybe in various sizes, the cost is comparable to the cheaper ones! I used these specifically for rebuilding my well and they worked great to seal up 1" hdpe and pex piping. These common type screws clamps are easy to install before or after you slide fittings together and can replace your cheap clamps without any disassembly. Would definitely recommend.

I confirmed these were in fact all stainless steel including the screw. I also checked to see how strong these are and I was not able to strip the threads and break the clamp free using a ratchet and a bit driver by hand. I am sure I could have broken these clamps if I used a cheater bar or impact gun but that would apply to any hose clamps. These held up well to torque testing so I plan to use them on the drop pipe for my well pump installation in the next week or two.

These clamps have worked very good so far. I use them to secure fuel lines and have not had any issues. The tightning feel does need to improve.

They work but their not very heavy duty and might be a problem if buried deep.
