I used have a similar CD player with Sony. I had left it with my parents for them to use it further as I was moving more towards digital music. Several years later I found a box of old Audio CD's and fancied a player. Here are the issues with this product: 1. I set the date and time and the stereo is connected it to power all the time. However the date keeps changing from today to last week, to a future date and so does the time. It rarely shows the right time and date. 2. The pins for power and speaker are similar. One can accidentally plug the power plug into the speaker. 3. The CD tray ejects and stays out without going back inside - in Sony it would auto-close after 30s 4. Once you load the CD into the tray, you cant play directly. You have to press the eject button for the tray to go inside and then you have to hit play. 5. IF you power off with the CD tray in ejected position, the stereo turns off. The Sony-would pull the tray back in. 6. The remote control is not all that great. In fact, I trashed it after few tries because it had to be operated from a particular angle. However, a) it does a decent job of playing music. It is compact b) it was at a price that you can afford I am a music lover, so for me this is a trial with CD's and if it works, I will upgrade in a few years to a bigger player. It is a compromise till then.

In de veronderstelling dat functionele verschillen tussen vergelijkbaar geprijsde sets gering zouden zijn, kocht ik deze set 'on impulse' nadat een geselecteerde Panasonic niet voorradig bleek. Mogelijke misvatting was dat dab een set aanzienlijk duurder maakt waardoor op overige functies werd bezuinigd? In de korte tijd voordat de set defect raakte was de indruk: 1. Geen sleep- of wake timer. 2. Het scherm met heldere witte achtergrond kon niet worden gedempt. 3. De afstandbediening van een Medion internetradio leek ook de instellingen van de set te beïnvloeden. 4. Het volume van de bluetooth-ingang (via telefoon) was zeer laag ten aanzien van de aux- en dab ingangen. Een oorzaak kon ik niet achterhalen. De meegeleverde luidsprekers werkte (evenals met een andere set zo'n 10 jaar eerder) in de opstelling niet goed. De uitgang van deze set was echter 8 (i.p.v. voorheen 4) ohm. Nam (onverstandig) het risico daarbij luidsprekers van 6 ohm te gaan gebruiken. Dat ging zo'n 12 uur goed...

Gut verpackt und extrem leicht wo ich natürlich die Qualität angezweifelt habe ! Wurde nach Inbetriebnahme eines besseren belehrt ,habe viele Störquellen was den Empfang vom Radio betrifft aber dieser kleine muss wohl ein Super Empfänger für DAB verbaut haben . Trotz billig verbauten nicht austauschbaren Antennenkabel ,also Wurfantenne einen besseren Empfang 100 % als bei meinem Vorgänger zu 400 Euro . Handlichkeit bzw . Bedienung Selbsterklärend! Vorteil die Bässe und Höhen sind individuell verstellbar . Laufwerk ist leise und die Lautsprecher empfinde ich für den Preis sehr gut ,Töne kommen klar und deutlich rüber ohne billig zu wirken . Ich spreche hiermit eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus .
