**Q: Is powder food coloring more economical?**
A: It's not the cost, is the lack of wet ingredients.  There are some recipes that I don't want to add extra fluid to or it will alter the recipe poorly.  To get a strong rich color the powder, sometimes with added gel also, will give you a very deep rich full color.

**Q: Do you know the list of ingredients? thanks.**
A: The label says "Ingredients: FD&C Yellow #5 Lake"

**Q: Can I use this to color white chocolate?**
A: I'm so sorry I have no idea. I used mine to color slime for children. I used it on glue and borax. It worked really well but it wasn't not white chocolate

**Q: is this water soluble?**
A: Hi Angel, AmeriColor™ Powdered Food Color does not dissolve in water.  Kind regards, AmeriColor Corp.
