This compact mini pc is so great for home office. This make my desk less clutter. The speed is fast when I turning on the window system. I attached two monitors and the videos are looking pretty sharp. The noice level is acceptable and the heat after few hours of usage is bearable. So far everything looks good and will update later if I have any issues.

PC just shuts off whenever it wants too. Reported this two days after I received it. They responded to make sure it wasn't in sleep mode. I've been around long enough to know difference between sleep mode and a hard shut down. I emailed back that it was a hard shut down and never heard back from anyone since. I won't ever buy this PC again. No tech support whatever. This PC is now about 18 months old and I've had to live with it. Don't buy this PC or anything from GOODTICO! This pc is now two years old and have complained several times about shutting down. Haven't heard from anyone about my concerns. You would think they would have responded by now to offer help or even a refund. No response from anyone with any advice or solutions. Paid over $700.00 dollars for this pc and they have washed their hands of my problems. I can't stress it enough to inform everyone to not buy this pc. It's the biggest piece of crap on the market. GOODTICO it should be CRAPTICO!

I'm not going to mention a detail but just read the KC-10 specification, you will notice all the components/parts installed are the good stuff. I already can imagine the capabilities of this Mini PC for gaming. Exactly...exciting. Furthermore, the RAM and storage can be upgraded, yes, it means can add more RAM and the storage capacity. I bought this for specific to play my online PC game on Steam. I'm so excited to play my favorite games, street fighter 5, Tekken 7, Mortal Kombat 11...

I am very happy with this mini pc. It is very fast, was upgradeable to windows 11 after changing the security settings in bios. There a few "short comings" to be aware of however. It comes with no documentation at all so your kinda on your own learning how to access bios and the only specs I have are those given in the description at Amazon. Also, I could not get windows 10 to load just english and it became a mix of chinese and english so I purchased a new copy of windows 10 on usb and reloaded windows completely. It runs so incredible now and windows 11 is the best yet. It sits mounted on the back of my moniter affording more space. Bottom line, I LOVE IT!

Only a few days of operation but the USB C file transfer rates are at the USB 1 level, burning Blu Ray with external drive is very slow compared to a different machine with a Celeron processor. When adding a USB docking station to increase number of USB 3 ports (using the USB C and/or USB 3 ports on computer) the mouse is all but dysfunctional and videos from the flash drive don't play properly. Quite disappointed with the performance so far. I do like that standard SATA connectors are used; those micro connectors break if you scowl at them.

Considering the specs of this computer, I was impressed with how fast this computer ran and loaded windows, and it is clearly more suited for office work. It runs most 2D games without a problem and runs cool. Windows 11 will install once you have all the updates. Overall, for the price, I think this is the best deal you can get.

The hardware seems to be pretty solid and as described, otherwise it wouldn’t have gotten as high as 3 stars. What I’m not happy about is that I ordered a windows 10 machine and received a windows 11 machine instead. I’m sure this isn’t a problem for the people intending to upgrade but since this came pre-installed rather than an upgrade I cannot downgrade on the existing license. For my intended purpose this is a problem. Now other than the joys of getting to deal with Windows Kiddie edition I get to troubleshoot some application incompatibility issues that don’t exist on Win10 along with an apparent driver issue causing uncommanded shutdowns. I should have known better than to run it with Win11 but I bought this machine hoping to get it up and running quickly because I had a short timeline. Now I get to find time to install a proper OS and perform the data migration again which itself only takes about a day. Thanks for nothing.

This PC is so , so nice. Almost noiseless as I have to place my ears close to check if it makes any sound. It’s a high performance PC and I hope it lasts. I recommend this product and dealer to any one. They respond to questions just seconds.
