Some people complain about this product. This was broken,or screw stripped out. I got my pedal drive today. I checked everything out. Nothing was missing. Nothing was broken. I got most of the drive put on my kayak this afternoon. The only trouble I had was trying to feed the lines threw the small plastic tube on the kayak. Couldn't get the lines to come out the back of the kayak. This has nothing to do with the pedal drive I bought on Amazon.
