Can I use this product on my couch?

I'm not sure. However, the product page on Amazon says " do not use on siilk, velvet or any fabric harmed water. " So, I wouldn't take the chance. But, it is great for carpets.

Can this be used on wood?

I haven't used it on wood but it will probably work. It is the best pet cleaner I have found and I think I have tried them all.

Could I use this to get general dog smell out of my entire couch?

I would definately try! Just test a small area first. The scent is fresh and it left no stains or residue. I love this product.
