Product is good but bajaj company coustomer care is bad
This product is very good but If you are buying it from Amazon, then if it gets damaged due to some reason, you will face a lot of difficulty in claiming warranty, like I am facing right now, hence if you ask me, you should buy it from a shop near you.

Threaten me again.
I started using this product as soon as I got it and after a month it started falling off in some places. The entire coil has turned black. The quality is not as good as it was after using it for a year.

Socket, Clip, Time
The product requires a 16A socket which is not available as commonly. Also it took about 30 minutes to heat 15 litre of water. This is not good for a 1.5 kw heater. The clip that holds it to bucket could have been of better quality. I would suggest students like me living in hostel to go for a 1000 watt heater with a common socket requirement.
