Flesh & Blood TCG: Monarch - Blitz Deck 2 - Prism

CanT wait to play this deck with my game buddy, art is so awesome, Blitz precon decks are good entry point if you want to learn the game and/or just want to play casually.

I picked up a Prism and Chane blitz deck from my local game store and was stunned that neither deck came with the paper playmats that apparently come with other F&B products. I asked the store if they had any complimentary playmats, and they said they weren't supplied with any. The following zones exist on the playmat: Head, chest, arms, legs. Two weapon zones, a hero zone, and an arsenal zone. A graveyard zone, a pitch zone, a deck zone and a banished zone. Finally, a combat chain zone. That is 13 different areas I guess I'm supposed to just memorize? As a new player, this is a staggering amount of important areas. Some may argue the zones are just arbitrary and cards can be put wherever they make sense, but I simply disagree and have found this to cause a lot of confusion. I also think for $15 a deck, they could have included a 10 cent playmat printout. I can honestly say I was stunned that this came with no other material of any kind like every other TCG I've played has. No paper playmat, no rules reference, nothing. I looked on their website and they DO offer templates for playmats, but they are awkward sizes intended for being printed onto a neoprene mat. I was hoping to find something that could be printed with common printer paper - something, ANYTHING that isn't going to add more and more cost of entry for a person simply curious about the game.

Awesome definitely a good starter deck

Containing a foil (shiny) young hero card and a unique to blitz deck mentor card, these decks contain everything you need to jump into a blitz match with your friends. Containing mostly basic cards with some rare cards, these decks are meant to be a gate way into F&B. I bought 2 decks to try it out with a friend and now we are hooked to the series. I have even seen people at the game store use this blitz deck in a tournament and get second place, as these babies are ready to play in this mostly balanced game of F&B.
