I bought these over a year ago to supplement cards we had gotten when we purchased our access control system. I could not get these to work. There was a business card in the package with an email address to contact for help, and I got sidetracked onto other projects and these got lost in a drawer. Fast forward to now and I wanted to try to get them working, so I emailed the address on the card, and got wonderful service. He said this was the wrong product for my system and helped me figure out a replacement that would work. And even though it had been over a year, he sent out a replacement batch with the right product. I fully expected to pay to replace the ones that had sat in a drawer for a year, but was amazed at the remarkable service. The new product is now working perfectly. Only minor disappointment is there is a mix of Site IDs on the fobs, and I have to program each into the system to make them work. But I'm a small company so it really only cost me a couple minutes. Thank you IntellID (which apparently has rebranded to AuthorizID).

My (previous) security person thought he would ruin my day by refusing to provide me with more fobs and then telling me I could only purchase from a local supply house and needed to be a licensed security person for them to sell to me. Well. Turns out it made my day because I purchased 10x more than what he would have sold me for way less. These fobs worked like a charm and registered on the system easily. I also love that the number is engraved rather than printed. We've had several numbers wear off. I could care less that they aren't in serialized order. Super happy and grateful to be able to carry on with passing out key fobs like candy! And for his sake, I hope he doesn't kiss his Mother with that mouth after the words that came out of it.

We ordered a set of 2 fobs to find out if they would work with our security system. They were sold by Product Depot. Since they worked we ordered the same fobs only in a larger quantity. These fobs were sold by Six50 Supply. They were not the same as the original 2 that we ordered. And they did not work with our security system. Even the techs from our security system could not get them to work. Why did Amazon switch sellers on us?

These are very popular with our residents for access to the neighborhood pool. The only issue I’ve had is that so far 3 have had the wrong number engraved.

I've tried another brand of "universal" prox key with disappointing results. These, however, work fantastic. Not a single failure.

Would have given 5 stars if the lot of 25 were consecutive numbers. Would have made it much easier to enroll them. Also they were loose in a bag. Other vendors I purchase from have them tied together and are consecutive numbers, making programming into access control much easier

Works perfectly. Haven't had any problems with them and will be ordering more.

I ordered the fobs, they came packaged fine. The only info given is to use the Facility Code 100. But it does not tell you how to input the individual #'s on the back of them into your access system. On the back of each fob is 98 XXXXX, the five numbers do not work, including the 98 at the front does not work. I have verified my system and keypad can use these fobs, and the system does acknowledge them. But has not granted access. Suggestions?
