This was a great replacement for the original and a quarter of the price. It solved my lean problem.

Worked ok, not as good as the original.
I bought this to fix a rough idle/stalling problem caused by a failing MAF sensor. Solved the problem and the car ran fine, however it lost about 1.5 mile per gallon in fuel economy over the stock unit. Perhaps these are not as well calibrated? Still, it got my car running again so I wasn't stranded waiting six weeks for a crappy Montana Ford Dealership to even "look" at my car.

Buyer beware! If you have a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury, only use genuine Motorcraft parts. This part made my truck so bad; I had to go get an $80 OEM part. Just wish I could get a partial refund. Amazon, only thing you can do to help?

Exact replacement for MOTORCRAFT AFLS131, but way cheaper
Exact replacement for MOTORCRAFT AFLS131 but at about 1/5th the cost. Even if it only lasts half as long as the original did before failing, it's still far cheaper to use one of these since it is so easy to change out. Takes only about 1 minute to remove and replace. Add another minute or two to plug in your OBD2 code reader and clear the P0100/P0101 code. Engine back to running like normal.
