Excellent value
What a great product! And especially excellent value in compared to grating Ginger yourself or even buying Frozen cubes of it. I try to have extra ginger everyday for my health, and this is such an easy form to take it. Good intense flavor, very fresh, I will be purchasing again!

Wow, its got alot of ginger kick. Its ginger in a powder form at best. Easy to put with water and another flavor.

Easy way to support health... Raw ginger just didn't work for me.
I like using holistic herbs in my diet. And I recognize the many benefits of ginger. While I initially would buy organic ginger root to add to my recipes, cooking for just one person - I found I was throwing away fresh ginger as it aged out in my refrigerator. It is convenient to store and use.
