Review: I've been using this product, and overall, it performs well. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the 360 rotation occasionally gets stuck at one point, requiring external force to unlock. This aspect definitely needs more refinement. The battery life is a bit inconsistent. With auto tracking, I get around 3 hours, and without it, the battery lasts approximately 4.5 hours on a full charge. It would be great to see more consistency and perhaps an improvement in overall battery performance. Additionally, the remote's battery was dead upon receiving the product. It would be appreciated if a new battery was included or if better quality control was in place to ensure everything arrives in working order. Despite these issues, the product has its merits, but these improvements would make it much more reliable.

Its a good product. But what is lacking here is that if someone else is in frame or passing by, it rotates towards them and start focusing on them. So unless you’re alone in the video, its not of much use. Company shall putin a feature wherein this device should be able to recognize you in crowd and only focus on your movements. Rest of it is good.

Item are average because manual speed is fast and remote not working properly. Face tracking is not satisfied.

The device works great and tracks well, the remote simply stopped working. If somebody were to tell me how to re-pair the remote then I would reconsider this review to 5 Stars!

It doesn’t track as fast or accurately as more expensive models, but it is great for vlogging and moving around freely between 1-5 ft distance.. accuracy drops off quickly if you are farther than that, but you can’t beat its price. I would recommend this product at this price.

Tested this in field. The initial placement of the gear, the videocam and the device, on a tripod that I was using was important. It should include everything that you want to be seen and the gear must be horizontal. Widescreen with any type of action camera will show some curvature to the left and right but the composition of the view should contain all the future elements of the action. That’s not always possible. Now with this device it is supposedly going to track me but only move in the horizontal plane. Not vertical. The device was switched on but not the actual tracker which had to be switched on with the remote. The remote has a side slider to switch it on, and off. Once on, the distance for the tracking has to be correct. In this first use the answer was "no". This has to be tested to find the right distance based probably on lighting and surroundings. So I moved my tripod closer and made sure as best I could that it was stable and level. The device on this occasion had to be closer than advertised but to me in my situation and location this was not important. The remote does allow the left and right movement of the device thus overriding the tracking. Satisfied with the result? Yes. It was used when I was in a fairly static situation. I shall edit this review in the future. Don't forget to turn off the remote when the session is finished. The remote contains a replaceable battery.

I tested two other budget camera holders (under $50) and this one is the best yet. You can tell it's a newer model because it charges using USB C cable port. I like the smoothness of the tracker as opposed to the jarring sudden moves in the inferior models. There is a slight vibration that affects the clarity of the video but acceptable. I am MOST impressed by the tracking feature. It follows you and when it loses you, it stays in that spot as opposed to going into a spinning frenzy as a model I've tested before. One downside is that the threading of the mount is weird and I can't line it up with a tight fit to align the camera holder to the tracking lens. No biggie. Another feature that I absolutely love is the remote control. You can engage and disengage the auto tracking feature remotely! You can ALWAYS manually turn the turret. The remote feature allows us to use it in Sunday worship at church to track only when the preacher is moving. I highly recommend. I was able to purchase with a coupon discount so I received it for $36 out-the-door. I recommend for those looking for a budget model.
