I bought this grinder to make my own ground meat at home and tried it with beef and chicken (breast and thighs). It works best with lean meat. The beef grinds fast and comes out fresh and even. The chicken also went through easily. I did notice that meat with too much fat or chicken skin can start to clog, so using cleaner pieces makes a big difference. It was easy to put together and cleaning was simple since the parts rinse quickly. It does make some noise while grinding, but only for a short time. Overall, a good grinder for home use and helpful if you want fresher ground meat instead of store-bought.

I bought this , not knowing exactly what I would think about it. Turns out it's a great little replacement for the older bigger model that I had from the sore purchased way back and lasted for ever. We will see. For now it does a great job of saving us money and improving the quality of our own made ground beef.

Works well. Easy to put together and clean. Grinds meat pretty well.

If I could give this a zero, I absolutely would. I bought this grinder specifically to process beef and venison, expecting something durable and powerful — what I got was complete junk. Five minutes into grinding, the machine just died. No warning, no lights, nothing. Took the whole thing apart, cleaned it thoroughly, put it back together… still dead. Completely unresponsive, like nobody’s home. This thing didn’t even last long enough to get through a single session. Total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT buy this — spend your money on a Cabela’s brand grinder instead if you actually want something that works. I’m beyond disappointed that I even gave this product a chance.

When I first got it I thought it seemed like it was cheaply constructed but then I used on and its a quite powerful little tool. I mean so far I only did 3 batches of sausage but this thing really puts down. Its great for when you making 10-15lbs of sausage or ground meat and dont was to pull out the $1000 meat grinder and make a big mess. this thing cleans up in like 2 minutes. Its a no brainer if you looking to make your own sausage or ground meat at home. Please dont buy this thing and act or expect to be creating your own sausage buisness from home bc its not a commercial machine and gets pretty hot during use so you need to take care of it as you use it if you want it to last. Its like one of those mini air compressors that you can get years of good use out of if you treat it correctly.

Great product, works simply. Might be a bit hard to put the part on at the right angle at first.
