UniFi Security Gateway Ear RI-USGRMBA | Rack Mount Brackets(Ear) for UniFi USG

There are better ways to do this. Didn't think about the fact the side air vents on the USG get covered, and considering how hot the device gets I'm pretty sure this mount will cook it. The device is too heavy for the 2 brackets, so it requires something under it to hold it up. This is a half U mount and the height of the USG exceeds it which will leave a gap between it and the device above it. There are better ways to do this.

We have purchased several of these and although it works well, $45.00 is really expensive for what you get.

It works fine, a little flimsy. Finish is nice, and easy to install. Besides being a little flimsy and being like a 1/2 U, not 1U. It works fine.

This does work, but I find it frustrating on a few levels. First it does match the USG somewhat well, but I wouldn't call it the same finish. The USG is more of a brushed finish where as this is clear more of a powder finish. Second, and more pressingly, the whole 1/2 U format is awkward in most racks as it leaves gaps. Third, while there are holes that look like you are supposed to screw the USG in, it doesn't come with screws to do so. I am debating if this is really better than a shelf or not. But, hey, it does what it says it does... so I can't be too annoyed.
