Picked up this lower drive belt as a replacement and it turned out to be a great fit. The size matched perfectly and installed without any issues, which is always a relief when dealing with mower parts. True 5/8" x 41.5" belt. Fit my older Craftsman/Yard Machines mower just right. It's got several hours of mowing on it already and the only wear showing is some of the "newness" wearing off. A perfect replacement for the mower's original (15+ years old!) belt.

My original review gave it three stars because of slippage and I wrongly placed blame on this product because I just could not see any other issue, but upon further investigation my belt tension spring needed replacement and though it appeared to be in good condition, replacing it fixed the problem and the belt functioned as designed. I apologize to the seller for leaving a less than positive review for something that was not their fault. This belt is amazing and I appreciate the great quality at a low price. I will order another.

Even though I aways have a piece of steel wool near. They sent some so to clean up the pulley. Very nice gesture. I put it on no issues fit perfectly adjusted the tension and off we go. Like I said no issues. Great product would recommend for anybody needing to replace their traction belt. Thank you very much. CWM

I’ve used this belt for ONE season. As I was preparing my mower for the upcoming season, I noticed this belt is frayed in two places. I expected much more from a belt. Will not be purchasing this brand anymore. Mar 2026 update: apparently this company monitors these comments because out of the blue, I got a message through Amazon apologizing and offered a full refund. I did not ask for one or contact them directly. I was very impressed with their response and so I ordered another of the same belt. I’ll see how this one holds up but updated my starts to a 3. To be continued….

I always order udc belts if they have what I need, these belts have been great belts so far. Good fit & so far good durability. I haven’t had a customer return with one broke yet.

Less than half what the OEM part retails for and seems to be the same or better quality. My original belt heated up and stretched when one of the retention pullies came loose and the belt was worthless after that. UDC to the rescue with a next day delivery of a belt so I could get back to mowing (yay?) the 2 acres. Fit is nice and snug and it included a small steel mesh scrubber to clean the pullies if needed (mine are fine so I didn't use it).

Great for the price and works well. Stays tight. Built very well and simple to install. Definitely on the thick side

Seems better quality materials than most. Only want the bother of fitting a new belt very rarely! No stretching or snapping please...

Belt began to disintegrate on third cutting of lawn. Had to put my old belt back on to finish mowing. Very disappointing.
