I submitted an email to the manufacturer explaining the issue and the response was “that was fulfilled by Amazon so contact them for help”. Not impressed by that level of care of customer service. Thankfully Amazon offered a replacement which arrived within a day and does work without any issues. I am a fan of the braided cords as they are so much more durable and never fray, the length here is nice too.
