This is an amazing heating pad. Works great: super soft, has six settings, and the sheer size of it is my favorite thing. I like to turn it on a lower heat, like 3 or 4, at bedtime on the 2-hour setting just to get cozy. But the main way I use it is for menstrual cramps—it has been a godsend for relieving abdominal, low back, and leg cramps that come with the not-so-friendly monthly "friend." After having mine for almost a year, a coil or wire on the inside got damaged somehow and it suddenly started flashing "F" on the remote's screen. I tried unplugging it from the wall and disconnecting the pad from the cord (which is what they recommend trying on the product page of Pure Enrichment's website) ... but no dice. Tried it several times and the issue did not resolve. So I called Pure Enrichment customer service, and they were the BEST. (I don't give that compliment out lightly.) I told them what happened, gave them my Amazon order number, and the agent said they would have a new one sent out right away (via Amazon for faster shipping). There's a five-year manufacturer warranty on this heating pad, so barring something like "I accidentally left it too close to the fireplace and it went up in flames!" ... I think they'd be very generous if replacing it for you. As long as you're doing so ethically and honestly. Oh, and my dad got one for himself. It helps him with tight back muscles and he really likes his too. He hasn't had any issues with his. Hope this review is helpful!

This company has great customer service. I found this item to be extremely helpful in reducing my back pain. It is a great size and easy to use. There is no odor to this item and is light to carry in an overnight bag or suitcase for travel. The quality is very high and a great value for the cost. When I had an issue, (my fault since I didn't know that you are not suppose to lay directly on it) the customer service department answered my call immediately and is replacing the heating pad after one full year of use. Customer service is so important and I was so pleasantly surprised

I like this heating pad even though the temperature is a bit funky. The pad is soft, flexible, and a nice large size. I’ve used it on my upper back while sitting in a chair, and over my stomach to sooth an upset stomach. Sometimes on a cold evening I’ve put it on my lap to provide some warmth. I like the auto shut-off at two hours. The heat setting doesn’t seem consistent. For example, I set it at a two or three, and a half hour later it feels quite cooled down, like at a one. I’ve decided to keep it as there is a good warranty on it. So far the positives outweigh the negatives.

I've been getting this heating pad for years and love it. I sleep with it every night to keep my back from getting stiff. Each one lasts me about a year. It's soft and flexible. Has 6 different heat settings and the best part is you have the option of it not shutting off which is perfect for me. Well worth the money.

We have two and we also gave a third to a neighbor. The heat has a wide range of control, the time off can be adjusted and can be defeated. The pad is long, has nice soft texture. After years of use our first is still like new.

Upon receiving this product it seemed to work really well, but as it heats it puts off an odd chemically smell... I figure this smell will go away after awhile so I wasn't concerned, though when I first turned it on and noticed the smell I had to check to make sure that none of the components were having an issue. It has gotten quite a bit of use in the last day and I noticed today that it didn't seem to be putting out the same heat I noticed the day before. I thought maybe this is my imagination, so I pulled out my temp gun and temped it. At the highest setting (6), which is supposed to be 160*f, it only reached about 112*f (temping from both top and bottom of the pad), 120*f if turned directly onto the sixth setting. It's unfortunate that there's such a large discrepancy in temperatures. I had not intended to use it at such a high temperature as the sixth setting was supposed to be, but I would have expected the pad to reach at least 130*f at it's hottest, so I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with this. More disappointing is how uneven it heats. For whatever reason, the sides seem to heat better than the center (I would expect the opposite). Furthermore, as others have noted, the space that actually heats has quite a bit of clearance compared to the fabric, making the size of this heating pad extremely misleading. I could forgive this around where the chord plugs into the unit, but the other side of the pad also has a clearance of probably 1 inch (where as the side with the chord has a clearance of about 3 inches), losing a total of aproximately 4 inches this way. Furthermore, the short sides have a clearance of about 1-2 centimeters on one side and about an inch on the other, losing approximately 1 1/2 inches on these sides as well, bringing the heating surface of the pad down to 11" by 20". The bright side of all of this is that it does not get got enough by any stretch of the imagination to burn anyone or anything. After chatting with my fiance about this product we did decide that this was likely a positive flaw (I'm still a little disappointed due to the product information not reflecting this). Furthermore, though not (in my opinion) fitting the title of "extra large", it does fit across my legs from about mid thigh to ankle (I am only 5"3), which is currently where I need the heat for my leg cramps. My cat also was quite satisfied with this product on the first setting (which only hits about 87-91*f rather than the 105*f in the description). And of course, the material on the top is very soft kinda minky fabric, though I wonder why thus fabric is not used on the bottom where the pad would be touching your skin (though this fabric is similar just not as kooshy). All in all, if I purchase another heating pad I'd probably buy a different one to get a little more heat (for cramps I do like something hotter (though 130*f would be the hottest I'd want), and I would also like a more even heating surface)... But it is a decent product in its own right.

Here’s the good stuff. It’s large and it heats up quickly. I can’t even use the higher setting, because it gets hot. That was something other ones that I looked at complained about. You will be nice and toasty. The size is great! It covers my whole back vertically! The issue that I have right away is the plug that goes into the heating pad. There is nowhere to put it when I lay on it vertically. It digs into my body and is very uncomfortable. It looks like I have to resort to using it horizontally only, which means I can’t do my entire back at the same time.

I ordered this based of tiktok review and i regret it i waited for this package for a long time and i received a repackaged product with shipment sticker ripped off i was honestly disgusted, when i decided to use it it only worked for 15 min didnt even feel the heat. i wanted to return it and they approved the return but no one contacted me till today.
