Inside Seal Popped Loose as Top was being unscrewed. "CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS ITEM VERY POOR"
This was my second order of this item(EXP (3/2022). First I would like to say I was satisfied with them, on my first order. My Problem is I get no real help from customer service with the problem with second order. They Informed me I would receive an e-mail in 2-3 days to inform me of refund and or replacement status. Three days later I call back and was informed, on the same day of my first call, I was sent an e-mail to reply to with the concern. It was from "Someone other than Amazon" at first look three days later I Did not recognize The name . It did say - Amazon at the end. (SPAM?) . Today I was Informed I should have responded within 48 hours? Today I was Sent through various log in attempts with no help. Would not accept my Password, or letter recognition procedure to log in. Finally sending me to a page asking would I like to sign up to Amazon... " I Think I will just stay away from ordering items that don't state up front you can replace or get a refund if defective or damaged. I have been a satisfied Prime Customer for Years, but this is very disappointing,

I just received it today , 2 packs and i was surprised that the expiry date is 12/2021 ! In a month . And when I opened the pack and tried one gummy it’s hardly chewable and the taste is bad because it’s stored ! I really don’t know why to send almost expired vitamin.. very bad experience and i really don’t recommend it at all ..
