They work well applied by brush into molds, to color white chocolate or to use in an airbrush. They are easy to melt and temper. They have a long shelf life. Make sure that after you melt and temper them, that you apply between about 85-90°. If they are too hot, they take a long time to set up, streak and ruin your product.
