Does it come with the porsche crest logo ?

No there is no Porsche crest. Very generic key replacement.

Does the key have the badge on it? In the description it states, "free badge" but 2 came in woth no Porsche logo.

Mine came with the badge on it. Looks just like the original.

How do you remove the keyblade?

You have to remove a little black piece that has a spring attached. It’s very simple

Can we just replace the buttons, not the whole unit?

Yes. I couldn't replace whole units b/c home depot keys can not cut. So i ended replacing silver piece and swapping 3 buttons for 2. 3rd button only for hatch targa n not coupe.
