I wonder if you can put this against a Sanding Belt to get rid of the Raised parts from the Molding/Casting ??? Manufacturer Should have fixed this.

Absolutely. I wouldn't use less than 120 grit sandpaper and don't put too much pressure on it. Should clean up nicely. Mine didn't have an imperfections in it. Good luck!

Seems like a high price for a basic rubber sanding block, but this looks a lot mare advanced than than the old red and black rubber blocks with four nails in it to hold the sandpaper in place.
