## Description

PlasticBonder is a quick-setting, two-part, urethane adhesive system that provides strong and lasting repairs and works on thermoset, carbon fiber composites, thermoplastics, coated metals, concrete & more. PlasticBonder has a 1:1 mixing ratio, sets in 15 minutes and can be sanded after 30 minutes. With a tensile strength of 3770 PSI, PlasticBonder sets black in color and cures to a hard, permanent bond.

Review: Feels like hard plastic- Keep finding uses for it. - I was replacing windshield wiper refills and one of the plastic covers cracked in a few pieces. Since it was just the cover part and the wiper still worked fine and i still have a bunch or blade refills i decided to try and fix the cracked cover. I bought this 2 part epoxy since its black in color and its outdoor use. It mixes up easy but it gets everywhere. I was wearing disposable gloves thankfully or my hands would have been covered. I was working with small broken pieces so just couldnt avoid not touching the epoxy. It sets up pretty fast. The mixed epoxy seems to start setting up right after mixing. It gets hot too. I only mixed a small amount each time to have longer to work with it. Seems to cure solid. Sticks to everything. I used a little too much and had trouble fitting the wiper back on the arm so had to sand some down. It sanded easily with a metal file. Hopefully it lasts along time and doesnt break down in the sun. I'll update if theres any issues with it. - Update: Found another use for this epoxy. Theres a small plastic bracket inside the bottom of my cars front bumper that was loose and rattling around. I finally got around to seeing what it was exactly. Looks like it had broken off, im guessing since the bottom of the bumper is so low to the ground I must have hit a curb. The bracket is normally held to the bumper cover with a rivet and since i dont own a rivet tool I figured i can install a nut and bolt instead. The problem is when the bracket is fit onto the inside if the bumper theres no way to reach around to put the nut on, probably why a rivet was used. I used this epoxy to install the nut on so it doesnt move. It ended up working great. I cleaned the plastic really well with rubbing alcohol then sanded it a little to roughen up the surface with a small metal file. I had to hold the nut with my finger while inserting the small bolt, mixed up a small amount of the epoxy then poured it all around the nut. Carefull not to get any epoxy on the bolt so I could unscrew it back out so I can then install it on the bumper. I let it cure for a few hours just to be sure. Was able to fix it for the cost of a nut and bolt. And I still have plenty of the epoxy left for other things.

**Q: is this product ok for a gas can seam that is bad. or will the gas eat it away ??**
A: I would buy a new gas can or get a bigger insurance policy.

A: Absolutely I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am and I am the process of using it to repair my dashboard I repaired the front where the gauges are and in 15 minutes with clamps it was perfect I let it set overnight and it is absolutely solid

**Q: Would this product work for gluing a plastic speaker cover back onto a rear plastic door panel?**
A: Thé great thing about this bonding agent is that it should bond two different types of plastic.  I was able to bond two different plastic compositions to a tight bond.  Just follow the instructions. It works.

**Q: I need a extremely extremely strong glue to bind a plastic tracker to a metal tool! is this or what would be good!?!**
A: This is great stuff.  Highly recommend it.  I used it to reattach microwave door handle and the color(black) blended right in.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Like a Charm and it is Highly Highly Recommended

This is absolutely the best adhesive you can get for plastic bonding. I can’t recommend it higher. I had a cracked telescope tripod leg plastic piece which needed to fixed. I actually tried to order the actual piece from the vendor, no cigar, then the entire leg with the piece, again no cigar - they wanted me to buy the entire tripod which would have cost hundreds of dollars. Someone told me about J-B Weld and said it would work 100 percent but of course, the doubter I am, I did not believe them. My telescope mount weights about 35 pounds evenly spread on 3 legs and this piece was on one leg. Took it off the tripod leg, glued it, and waited an hour longer than required by the directions - you know doubter that I am, and what can i say the adhesive/glue had hardened into something stronger than the plastic piece iteself. Just amazing stuff and again I highly highly recommend it. I am amazed at the strength of the material and what it does - go out and get some just to have around the house.
