Q: What is this? the picture is a cat collar. the description is for a dog collar. but the reviews are for gloves, not a flea collar.

I bought the women's goatskin gardening gloves, not sure why this is showing a flea collar. Maybe seller tried copying ad for different product?

The seller has likely changed the product description. Dishonest sellers do this often on Amazon. The reviews are for gloves, so the flea collar is probably garbage. I would encourage anyone reading this to report the seller.

The flea collar for my cat works great! However, I recently noticed the one for my dog has worked less well, as we found a flea on her stomach just shortly after using it. Then again, she is inside/outside all day, so I am not sure how much I should read into that discovery. Either way, the cat has been doing great with his, so I think you can rest easy!

Q: "we suggest 3 sizes of the flea and tick collar for a small kitten and for medium or large cats." Does this mean there are 3 different levels ?

Please talk to your Vet before putting any type of flea products on a Kitten. Some are not good for young kittens.
