Just as good as dr bronners bar soap but less expensive...no fragrance to speak of thank goodness bc so many stink like they have been held in ten gallon drums at the side of the New Jersey turnpike and stink up everything that touches them as well , just enough creaminess and lasts well...no skin issues... plus it’s a privilege to support handmade honest hard work in Nablus...watch the video too it’s way cool...thanks guys !

Lovely soap but three bars of six had black mould on them when unwrapped.

This soap feels so good to use. The fragrance is not strong but feels clean when using. One important aspect of this soap is how moisturising it is. Unlike other soaps i've used, this does not dry my skin out.

So this soap looks a little weird (like it is dirty or something) but it is actually FANTASTIC quality. It is made with 100% olive oil so it performs better than any palm oil soap, including the ones that say they are "enriched with olive oil" (i.e. they put 5% olive oil in it). The size of the bar is just about right, the price is totally fair, and the performance is exactly what you'd expect from a high quality olive oil soap. I've been evaluating a lot of different soap brands on Amazon recently and this is one of the best you can get and it is very fairly priced. The only soap I think may be better is Aleppo but that costs more and has an annoyingly large bar size. Do not be intimidated by how foreign looking this soap is. I guarantee you it performs better than any western brand of soap. This is what soap is SUPPOSED to be like and Unilever has been selling us trash for decades. Give it a try.

This soap is significantly better than any other soap I've used in term of moisturizing. Smell is subtle, so if you require a strong smelling soap, you may need something else to use first before finishing up with this one. The feel after showering is great. It moisturizes after just one use. So ashiness, or dryness after using it.

I got this soap as a curiosity after watching a short video showing how it is made. Each batch is stirred by hand and each bar is poured and cut by hand, then cured for months. After 2+ months of use, I'm on my second bar, I felt compelled to come share my enthusiasm with this soap. This soap is such a discovery. It is unscented after you come out, but during your bath you will get a nice scent of olive oil. Leaves your skin with great feel and it's not aggressive. It has a light lather but you can tell it's doing its job. The skin on my face is really sensitive, and it loves this soap. I say I've been lied to all my life because I feel I've been seduced by all kinds of gimmicks, only to find this soap with a simple formula from hundreds of years ago happens to be more enjoyable and with better results. By weight, each bar costs about twice what I paid for my "modern" soap, but lasts three times as long. I hope If you're reading this, my words get you to give this soap a try. Get one bar, try it, I'm sure you will be convinced this virgin olive oil soap is way superior than what you may be using.
