Product not that bad but not that good, £35 for 30 days supply can get a lot cheaper so we are being ripped off on Amazon and else where.

I don't write reviews but this product deserves one. I spent hours researching the ingredients of this and other dental probiotics and this one was the most natural with the fewest additives. That was important to me. The other ingredients besides streptococcus salivarius that are in this product do not cause side effects. Then I checked with my pharmacist who said that streptococcus salivarius as a probiotic is safe and does not cause side effects. It might cause a little bit of gas for a couple of days until your body gets used to it but that will go away. But this is not a miracle product, you have to do your part too, like brushing and using a mouthwash first and then putting a tablet on your tongue and letting it dissolve. When it's finished dissolving I run my tongue all over the inside of my mouth (under my upper lip, the sides of my cheeks and behind my bottom lip to distribute the dissolved pill throughout my mouth. The idea of this product is to crowd out the bad bacteria, so I help it along. After your procedure wait half an hour before eating. Let the pill do it's work. It is imperative to floss every night also before going to bed. This gets rid of any bacteria that has accumulated between the teeth. Everything you do will help whether you use this product or another such as brushing your teeth after eating and brushing the uvula (the skin that hangs down in the back of your mouth). As for the effectiveness of this pill I say it works. Some reviews indicate that it does not work and to save your money. First of all it's not that expensive to at least try it and secondly it may not work for them. Every person's body is different. For me it was a life changer. For me it works about 90% and brings me to normalcy with a much cleaner breath. You can use it just once a day or twice a day if you will be socializing that evening.

I just reordered two more bottles because these work for me. I was a little skeptical at first because they don't taste great at all. They don't give you that minty fresh taste I was hoping for, but they do work. I have fought tonsil stones for years and hate it so badly. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do to stop tonsil stones, or at least that is what I thought before trying the prob dental probiotics. The first day or so of using these, my voice sounded somewhat scratchy. I stuck with it for another day, and that scratch throat cleared right up. I noticed that within a week that I was not waking up with a sore throat each morning that was a result of tonsil stones. I have not had to use a water pic on my throat to clear any stones since I started taking one of these after brushing my teeth before bad! No more sore throats, no desperately trying to free stones from the back of my throat at least once a week, no more being sicked by this gross, nasty issue that I have been dealing with for years. I am not sure how well this works on bad breath. Bad breath was a side effect of the nasty tonsil stones; now that there are no stones, breath is much better! I hope someone who suffers from this horrible embarrassing issue reads this review and gives these a chance because these worked for me. As I mentioned, I only chew one tablet per day at night before I go to bed. I have used them a few times twice a day, but one per day worked for me.

Good product; helps me control Morning Breath. The recent bottle received on 12/4/22 was stamped EXP 3/2022. Tablets don’t taste as fresh as previous orders. Item is non-returnable.
