Does Universal mean will fit HD?

*heads up* These will fit an 11mm hole, only. That is the limit of the "universal" fitment. If, like me, you have 8mm holes on your rims and don't feel bad drilling them out.... They are universal. If you don't want to drill into your rims, these ain't for you.

I don’t want to over tighten them but they still tend to twist. Could I put a dab of locktite on the nut, or should that affect the rubber?

I've had no issues with them wanting to twist. I don't recall the manufacture a torque speck. As far as lock tight goes, I don't see why you couldn't .

Hello, does anyone know if these will fit a 1994 Honda Goldwing SE 1500 I seen on one site they ask if you need 8mm or 10 mm and I don't know which?

I don’t see why they can’t be reused but they are cheap enough, I would buy new.
