The buttons to operate are actually on the upper panel of the door so to actually pause you have to open the door (which is pointless because if the washer is full it doesn't give anytime to drain and just ends up leaking out all over your floor). It feels like it's made of plastic and I'm afraid it's going to break every time I move it. The racks are so small I can barely fit my smaller pans in, not forgetting to mention how BAD it cleans them (even after I have already prewashed before I loaded them) Don't fall for the timesaving Bull...plus it uses A LOT of water, your honestly better off hand washing them buying this ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good customer service. *by on Reviewed in the United States January 24, 2022* I will say I have not had an easy experience with this dishwasher. First it took me FOREVER to find an adapter to fit our kitchen faucet. When we do found when, I noticed the adapter on the dishwasher hose was bent so the threads were not aligning. Then we were tightening the hose to the dishwasher and it broke… easily . I was so upset I was about to return the whole dishwasher. I went to the website and emailed the manufacturer directly. I told them which parts were broken, asked for replacement parts and left my address. They replied the next day apologizing and told me they sent out replacement parts that day, free of charge. I received them quickly and it’s working great! I appreciate the good customer service.
