This was perfect for my elderly mother with poor eyesight

This clock announces the time very clearly. Easy to find the button that announces time.

I got this clock for my mom, who is legally blind and wanted a talking clock that would announce the time hourly. She has had it for a month, and it generally works well. She is quite hard of hearing, and the volume could be a bit louder, but it does get the job done for her. Turning the hourly announce off and on is a bit of a challenge for a visually impaired person. There should be a separate button for that function instead of having to go through a menu. Overall, this is a good clock.

This is horrible, First it is battery operated. I put in some new alkaline that expire in 7 2019, that is 6 years from now. After 2 days with the clock on the hourly announcement only, the clock had already lost 2 minutes. In addition the voice was not very loud unless absolute silence. Also The battery cover does not snap in so it keeps coming off when handling it. This is absolute junk!!!!

Lasted about a week and then stopped working. We are very disappointed!

SMALL IN SIZE, NOT VERY LOUD, SMALL DISPLAY, OVERPRICED, INSULTING TO THE BUYER, VERY EMBARRASSING FOR PAYING THIS PRICE FOR AN ITEM THAT COULD BE SOLD AT A ROADSIDE FLEA MARKET - DO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS ITEM - IT IS A JOKE!

Very lightweight. Easy for blind relative to use.
