Review: Makes wonderful individual desserts that are easy to remove from the pan - Great product which increases the variety of small bite desserts that I can make. They are the perfect size and push up right out of the pan, for a wonderful presentation due to the removable bottom pan layers! I have another pan of similar design from Chicago Metallic but it is no longer available so this manufacturer has duplicated the design in a non-stick product that works great.
Review: Perfect for cheesecake - I was looking for a pan that would leave me cheesecake with nice edges. This pan works perfect. The cheesecakes slide out nicely leaving the edges smooth. I don’t know if there is an easier way to slide out. I use my fingers to lift the bottom.
