The needles that came with my embroidery kit were regular needles so it was super difficult to thread 6 strands, and pull through the canvas. These fix both problems! The variety is great bc there are different sizes that can correspond with how many threads you’re using. They’re also still sharp so they poke thru the canvas easily. Overall, good quality and good value!

These are the best needles for us 55+ who can't see to thread those ridiculously small standard needle holes. I wish I had found these sooner like when my mother was alive. I can easily thread these in a second or two without even using a needle threader. I wish I could find some of the spare tubes with the screw-on top to hold spares because I would keep some at work, in my travel bag, etc. These are a must for anyone who needs an easy-to-thread needle that is still very sharp despite the larger size. they are also very easy to hold and don't get lost as easily as the small needles. Highly recommended!

There were a great variety of needle sizes all in neat packaging.

I do like that.They have a big eye so that they can be easily threaded.They are very strong but they do not go through canvas very well. I had to use a thimble to push the needle through the fabric.The tip of it is not sharp , although if you do slip , you will indeed poke yourself , they show that it goes through a bunch of pairs of jeans. that is not the case

Excellent! I was actually able to thread these without a needle threader! Great value for the money! I actually shared a few with my sister in law who quilts! She was also impressed with how easy they are to thread and how smoothly they sew!

Large eye perfect for me, I do a lot of old crewel embroidery kits from the 60s-80s that use thicker yarn. The old kits came with needles, unfortunately the needles tend to rust even in the packaging so I needed some backups. These fit the bill for my needs. They aren’t crazy sharp, I personally prefer it because I tend to feel for the needle with my fingertips. Would not recommend for beading, you’d need to use very large beads for the needle to pass through.
