This cooking splatter screen has been a great addition to my kitchen. It fits nicely over my cast iron pans and does an excellent job of blocking grease and oil from splattering all over the stove and countertops. I especially like that it still allows steam to escape so food cooks properly while keeping the mess contained. The handle stays cool enough to grab and the screen itself feels sturdy and well made. Cleanup is simple too, I just rinse it off or toss it in the dishwasher.

This BergKoch splatter screen is very nice and extremely versatile. The handle is sturdy and heat resistant, which makes it comfortable and safe to use while cooking. It feels well made and holds its shape without bending. Beyond using it as a splatter shield for frying, I’ve also used it as a grease and water drainer, a strainer, and even a cooling rack. It works well for all of these purposes and cleans up easily after use. A solid, multifunction kitchen tool that performs exactly as needed. Definitely a great addition to the kitchen.

I purchased after seeing very positive reviews on a couple of reliable cooking blogs and websites. It is very well constructed and the 13" size fits all the pans I use a lot. It works well, easy to clean and the 2 support rods have "feet" so it sits above the counter. It can double as a cooling rack if needed. My only disappointment is you can't register it for the stated lifetime warranty or product support. The website address takes you their Amazon site and the email address they offer is undeliverable! Their Facebook page hasn't been posted on since 6/2020! The price was low, quality seems great and it does what it's suppose to do well. I took one star off for the shady advertising of a warranty and ability to contact them. I've paid more for worse! It works and I'm happy!

I never thought I would be writing a review on a splatter screen, but I can safely say that I’ve bought the last of those cheesy a$$ grocery store spatters screens!! This one has a tight weave in the screen that actually stops the anything from passing right through the mesh. It is built with the intent to prevent the screen from being ripped away from the outer frame. It has support rails that transfer the weight of the entire screen onto the edges of the pan. The screen itself is visibly stronger and thicker than the others. I would buy this again because it is a quality product and functions well.

This is very versatile, nice and sturdy too, I love that it is scratch resistant, and no warping, it keeps you safe against splattering oil & food ! Definitely worth a try!

Doesn't really work, waste of money

good quality splatter screen, a little bigger than I thought. Great price for the item alone but the shipping cost was more than 4 times the price of the item. Maybe it was shipped in a private jet or on a yacht

oil splashes still present hard to clean, discoloration after first use expensive for what it can and cannot do

I waited a few months after purchase and use to give a rating. It is a well deserved 5 stars. It’s very sturdy and very well made. It keeps the spatter in the pan!!!!! It does its job flawlessly. After washing, it’s back to looking brand new. No retained stains. It’s a perfect buy!!
