How would this work on a 13’ X 6’ piece of artificial turf on a condo balcony?

Our space is 15' X 15', and we have 3 Yorkies. Great success with this product. Pricey, but it works!

How does recharging work?

From what I have heard/read, it recharges with a heavy rain or being sprayed down. Essentially it holds the pet urine so you don't smell it. Once it gets full, either from too much urine, rain, or a water hose, it releases ALL of the urine at once so it can then seep into the ground. It then starts back over again and is "recharged".
