Make sure it is on the biggest stove burner for even cooking of all 4, and ideally (if you have time), low and slow heat. A knife will be your friend for unsticking the egg from the edges. Wait until it is almost solid on top, then use the knife to lift and then slide a small/thin non-stick spatula under to flip.
