Awful-definitely not high pressure, actually my previous shower head had much more pressure, very disappointed-would not recommend at all. Worst showerhead ever!

It sprays but selecting is less than stellar

Meh, it sprays but changing between the 3 settings is lackluster at best. I'ts a 2 hand operation as you have to hold the whole body and then rotate the dial to select your spray setting. If you just move the dial one-handed the whole head just rotates. Something other shower heads I have that are multi-spray don't do. It does spray better than the previous 1980's style head that this replaced but I'll be looking elsewhere when it comes to shower heads.
